什么是冷凍干燥?
What is FD technology?
冷凍干燥技術,是將冷凍狀態下的果蔬放置在真空環境下,通過降低氣壓來壓低水的沸點,從而使果蔬內含有的水分瞬間從冰態升華為氣態排走。

Freeze-drying is a kind of preservation technology, by which the materialis cooled below its eutectic temperature or glass transition temperature firstly to be solidified completely, then dried in vacuum low temperature by sublimation drying and desorption drying till 95~99% of moisture is removed.

第一步(以草莓為例)

冷凍儲運
我們來到大林,化驗員給我們做嚴格的體檢,體檢合格后讓我們在冷庫暫時安家。

Later on, we all came to Dalin, when we arrived,the laboratory specialists gave us a full examinations to make sure we were allhealthy.
第三步
之后我們來到更加寒冷的環境,被極速冷卻,好冷呀!

第四步
不知不覺,我們睡了好久,醒來后,發現我體內的水份升華為氣體離開了身體,膚色變得更加誘人,身體更加香甜,營養成分也被完好的保留下來。

After a long time sleeping, we woke up andfound out that all the water inside our body vanished into the air.We had a more colorful skin and a tastier body,we even smelled better but all the good nutrient were well containedin our body.

最后我們發往世界各地,部分還去了太空,我們開始尋找新的小伙伴,我們成為了最可口的美味湯品,調味料烘培糕點,谷物類,即食餐包,休閑食品,奶昔,糖果糕點,特色茶飲,餅干營養保健品等.
Last but not least, we began our journey traveling all over the world, some of us even traveled to the space. We finally became the best ingredients for soup, snacks, supper, smoothy, cookies, tea and all sorts of nutritions.
